Why we built Orderbase
As operators of multiple large ecommerce brands, we experienced firsthand the frustrations of existing order fulfillment tools. They couldn't handle our volume, lacked the flexibility we needed, and weren't built by people who actually ran ecommerce businesses at scale.
So we built Orderbase—the order fulfillment platform we wished existed. It's designed by ecommerce operators who understand the real challenges of managing inventory, processing orders, and scaling fulfillment operations. We use it to run our own businesses every day.

Founded by Niels and Ferre, who have been running large ecommerce operations for over 10 years and understand the real challenges of order fulfillment.
After years of running multiple large ecommerce brands and struggling with inadequate fulfillment tools, Niels and Ferre decided to build the solution they needed. They understood that existing tools weren't built by people who actually ran high-volume ecommerce operations day-to-day.
Orderbase was born from real operational needs—not theoretical requirements. We still operate our ecommerce businesses and use Orderbase to manage our own inventory, process our orders, and fulfill to our customers. This keeps us grounded in what ecommerce operators actually need.
